Online bills sent weekly, time clock trackers, frequent check ins, etc. From a pregnant mom with a toddler, these small things make my life so much easier and I never have to worry about forgetting to do anything or tracking how much to pay my nanny/sitters. We were in a pinch when we found CCC because I was furloughed from work and our previous nanny graduated nursing school, so i had 4 days to find a new nanny for our daughter.   • Love for Childcare: Developed a passion for childcare at a young age and enjoys helping friends on base with childcare.

  • Knowledge in Positive Behavioral Encouragement: Eight years of experience in childcare with a focus on techniques like gentle parenting, redirection, sign language, and open communication.

  • Expertise in Child Development: Knowledgeable about child development milestones, fine motor skill promotion, and assisting with virtual teaching for school-age children.

  • Commitment to Excellence: Expresses a dedication to striving for excellence within Coastal Child Care.
